At Benfatti Furniture we offer some of the finest brands and highest quality furniture products available. We are committed to selling these products at the guaranteed lowest prices in the state as well as delivering and setting them up for free. However, if a product fails to meet your expectations, we will work with you to find the best possible solution. Our policies may change based on the product you purchased but here are some guidelines to help you better understand how we approach returns and exchanges.
In Stock Merchandise
Merchandise that we had in stock at the time of purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange as long as the customer informs us within 5 days from the date of purchase. While your first delivery is free, a second trip will cost $50 if you live in Pueblo and $75 if you live outside of Pueblo. If a customer returns the merchandise themselves, there will be no additional charge.
On Order Merchandise
On order merchandise is merchandise that we typically carry in stock but had to order in for a customer. On order merchandise is eligible for a return or exchange minus a 10% restocking fee. The fees for making a second trip will also be applied.
Special Order Merchandise
Special order merchandise is any merchandise that is ordered for a customer that we do not carry in the store. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any special order merchandise.
